Dr. Erica Goss is a Professor in the Department of Plant Pathology and in the Emerging Pathogens Institute at the University of Florida. She studies pathogen population biology and evolution. The long-term goal of her work is to better understand the factors that contribute to the emergence of destructive pathogens and their continued success as they evolve in new environments and on new hosts.
